Sauteed Spicy Water Spinach with Dry Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

2 Bunch of water spinach, picked and divided
4 garlic cloves, Cut Up
5 Red Onion, Sliced
5 Red Chili, Sliced
5 Cayenne Peppers, Sliced
2 tablespoons cooking oil
5 tablespoons Dry Shrimp
2 Bay Leaf
2 Tablespoon Palm Sugar
to taste Salt and Flavour

Instructions

Heat up the wok and then add oil, Put in garlic, Red Onion, Red Chili, Cayenne pepper and Bay Leaf and Dry Shrimp stirring until blend. put in water spinach, Salt, Flavour, Palm Sugar and Tomato Stirring until a minute and cooked.
